2020年末頃に購入した物です。
使用時間約20〜30時間

箱、スペアパーツ、ニップル等の付属品も揃っており、不具合等も無く動作確認済みです。

ベアリングにはグリースが塗ってありますのでオイルは使用しないでください。
全ての稼働部分に殺菌剤を使用しないでください。
殺菌剤は腐食性が高く、ベアリングだけでなく電気接点も劣化させます。
少量の殺菌剤/アルコールは問題ありません。

ニードルバーをわずかに曲げてアーマチャバー対して垂直になるように「上」の位置にします。
これによりリトラクト時に蹴り出すのを防ぐことができます。
針先に曲がりをつけてチューブの先端をなめるようにします。

ストロークノブ：
１は最も短く9は最長で強くなります。
中間の５が適切なセッティングにしてあります。

３．５㎜セッティングにたいして5.5-6.5v

しばらく使用するとAbarのインパクトスクリューがフレームのスチールピンに収まり、ねじ込む必要がある場合があります。
これはあくまでも微調整なので1/8くらいで充分です。
Abarが下の位置にある時にフレームと平行になるはずです。

バイスとモータの周りに輪ゴムをセッテイングしてください。
輪ゴムがカムに接触をするのでマシン後端に輪ゴムを巻かないでください。

ニップルはDanKubinニップルをお勧めします。

カムとフレームタイミングマークがあります。
Abarを押し下げ板バネに当たるまでカムを時計回りに回すと
Abarが上がりカムのラインが上に移動します。

マシンがヒット/パワーを失ったように見える場合は、
インパクトスクリューが落ち着いているため少し回す必要があるでしょう。

クリップコードの方向はマシンのヒットに影響します。
時計回りはパンチの効いたヒットととなり推進しております。

厚い輪ゴムとダンのパーフェクトニップルを使用することをお勧めします。
